Kia (Kareena Kapoor) aims to become a successful business woman and also wishes other women to work instead of managing the house-hold and just becoming the support system of her husband. On her flight to Delhi from Chandigarh, she meets Kabir (Arjun Kapoor). The two get along very nicely and start meeting quite often. Kia discovers Kabir wants to be a 'house-husband' like his mother, who was a 'house-wife' which fits for her needs and does not want to get caught in becoming of business woman. Kia also learns that Kabir is the son of a highly successful building constructor (Rajit Kapoor) and does not want to inherit his wealth.[4]

Kia and Kabir gradually in love and decide to marry where Kabir would handle the household stuff while Kia would be the breadwinner. They convince their parents for this marriage and get married in a court. Their married life goes on well and Kia gets a tremendous boost in her work and is promoted. Meanwhile, the landlord of their house decides to sell the house due to financial problems and Kabir, not wanting to move out, decides to buy it. To make up the money required, he becomes a gym coach for some ladies. Soon, they are successful in buying the house.

During an interview of Kia (for her highly successful career), she mentions about her husband's role in the house and the interviewer is impressed by this. She takes an interview of Kabir also in which he explains that it does not matter if ki (girl) takes up the role of ka (boy) and ka takes up the role of ki. People are impressed by this interview and Kabir is called for many more interviews and speeches on Gender Equality. Kabir gets busy with these interviews and speeches and so he is not able to manage the house properly. This upsets Kia and gets jealous of all this attention and argues him to stop appearing publicly with the notion of publicity of their life. Kabir bashfully agrees to this.

Kia then goes to the USA for her work where Kabir does not accompany her. At a college reunion, one of Kabir's friends asks him to give an interview which he reluctantly agrees. Jaya Bachchan who sees this interview on TV, and asks Amitabh Bachchan to call Kabir as she wants to meet him in person. Kabir pays them a visit and she gives him a gift for Kia. Meanwhile, Kia's mother (Swaroop Sampat) suffers from low blood pressure and collapses. She is taken to the hospital and upon receiving this news Kia hastens back to India.

The movie begins with the robbery of a cat statue relic exhibited at a museum in Marseille, France. Maggie (Song Ji-hyo), Head of Security for the museum, gives chase after the robber, Gary (David Belle) but he manages to escape.

Next plot sees Mali (Chen He) racing down the busy city streets of Shanghai on a small motorbike to deliver a package to a client on time. He makes it as the digital clock ticks down to the very last second. Later, he goes to play mahjong with his future mother-in-law (He Sai-fei) and her clique of friends as Nana (Li Yuan) his girlfriend watches. His future mother-in-law does not think much of him and belittles him as they play. He wins all the games to the extremely obvious displeasure and disgruntlement of his future mother-in-law.

At the office, Mali's boss, Lao Qian (Tai Chih-yuan) entices him to make a delivery to a very important client, Wang Sangbiao (Xiao Yang) whom he disdains very much despite his initial refusal. He completes his delivery after manoeuvring his way through his usual back alleys and overcoming the obstructions put up by the residents there.

At Wang Sangbiao's residence, he is met by Maggie at the door. Here begins Mali's adventures with Maggie, being flying-kicked, punched and tied up by Maggie, being chased by Gary and his assistant, Ryan (Mason Lee), chasing Gary and Ryan, rescuing Nana from Gary and Ryan, finally fighting Gary and Ryan in a speedboat. All because of the stolen cat statue relic. The movie ends on a happy note.

Dalam perjalananan tersebut juga mereka bertemu dengan seorang pria bernama Rio ( Dimas Aditya ) seorang backpacker misterius yang sengaja disewa seseorang untuk membuntunti mereka dan di perjalanan tersebut, Maudy dan Mira akhirnya menemukan sebuah rahasia besar yang tidak terpikirkan selama ini.

Smart and sensitive, Damien is a seventeen-year-old student who lives with his mother Marianne, a doctor. His father, Nathan, is a military pilot on a mission abroad. They enjoy a comfortable life in a small town located in a valley among the mountains of the Hautes-Pyrénées.

In high school, Damien gets picked on by Thomas, a classmate, who trips him in the middle of class for no apparent reason. From then on there are constant altercations between them while playing sports and in the schoolyard. Both are outsiders at school chosen last for sports teams. In order to protect himself, Damien takes self-defense classes with Paulo, an ex-military family friend.

Meanwhile, Thomas, who is the bi-racial adopted son of a couple of sheep and cattle farmers, faces his own set of problems. Every day he has to walk for 90 minutes to reach the school. Marianne makes a house call to Thomas’s farm when his mother, Christine, has a pulmonary infection. Christine, who has a history of miscarriages, is pregnant and has to be hospitalized for some time. As the reserved Thomas worries about his mother and the birth of a biological child to his parents, his grades in school begin to fail. Wanting to help, Marianne invites Thomas to come and stay with her family so he can visit his mother in town at the hospital and spend more time studying and avoid the long trip to school everyday. This coincides with a blissful return home for Nathan for leave between his tours of duty abroad. Nathan is lovingly welcome by his wife and son and takes upon himself, during his short visit, to personally invite Thomas to stay with his family. Pressed by his parents, Thomas reluctantly accepts.

DARPA researcher Dr. Mark Clyne is flown to Moldova, where the US military is currently deployed in the ongoing Moldovan War, as his expertise is required regarding a line of hyperspectral imaging goggles of his design that have been issued to troops there. After arriving at a US Military Air Base on the outskirts of Chișinău, he meets with General Orland and CIA officer Fran Madison. He is shown footage captured by the troops' goggles of a mysterious, translucent, humanoid apparition that kills almost instantly. Knowing it is not interference, Orland wants Clyne's expert opinion before forwarding the findings and footage to his superiors. Conversely, Madison believes the sightings to be members of the insurgency wearing an advanced form of active camouflage and has orders from her superiors to retrieve a sample.

To get a clearer shot of the anomalies and identify them, both Clyne and Madison are sent into the field with a team of Delta Force operators, who are being sent to find Utah team, who went missing the day before. To capture a better image of the apparitions, Clyne mounts a large version of the hyper spectral camera onto one of the armoured personnel carriers. Upon arriving at the location and discovering all of Utah team has been killed, they are ambushed by the apparitions, who, being impervious to small arms fire and explosives, inflict heavy casualties before the soldiers retreat. When their vehicles are rendered inoperable by landmines, the group takes cover in an abandoned factory, where they find two children barricaded. The apparitions attempt to follow them but are stopped by a barrier of iron shavings. Clyne modifies the hyper spectral camera, turning into a large searchlight enabling the group to see the apparitions without the need for goggles, and also outfits the unit with IEDs laced with iron shavings.

In 1961, mathematician Katherine Goble works as a "computer" in the segregated West Area Computers division of Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, alongside her colleagues, aspiring engineer Mary Jackson and unofficial supervisor Dorothy Vaughan.

Following a successful Russian satellite launch, pressure to send American astronauts into space increases. White supervisor Mrs Vivian Mitchell assigns her to assist the Space Task Group of Al Harrison due to her skills in analytic geometry. Katherine becomes the first colored woman in the team—and in the building, which has no bathrooms for colored people.

Katherine's new colleagues are initially dismissive and demeaning, especially head engineer Paul Stafford. Meanwhile, Dorothy's request to be officially promoted to supervisor is rejected by Mrs Mitchell. Mary identifies a flaw in the experimental space capsule's heat shields, encouraging her to more assertively pursue an engineering degree.

At a barbecue, Katherine meets National Guard officer Jim Johnson and they are attracted to each other, but she is disappointed when he voices skepticism at women's mathematical abilities. He later apologizes and they ultimately get married.

Harrison invites his subordinates to solve a complex mathematical equation, and Katherine steps forward, leaving him impressed. The Mercury 7 astronauts visit Langley and astronaut John Glenn is cordial to the West Area Computers.

Over time, Katherine becomes better acquainted with her colleagues. Harrison becomes upset when she is not at her desk and she angrily explains how far she has to walk to use the colored people's bathroom in another building. Harrison abolishes bathroom segregation, personally knocking down the Colored Bathroom sign. Despite Stafford's objections, he allows Katherine to be included in their meetings, in which she creates an elaborate equation to guide the space capsule into a safe re-entry. Despite this, Katherine is forced to remove her name from all the reports, which are credited solely to Stafford. Meanwhile, Mary goes to court and convinces the judge to grant her permission to attend night classes in an all-white school to obtain her engineering degree.

Dorothy learns of the impending installation of an IBM 7090 electronic computer that could replace her co-workers. She visits the computer room and successfully starts the machine. Later, she visits a public library, where the librarian scolds her for visiting the whites-only section, to borrow a book about FORTRAN. While congratulating Dorothy on her work, Mrs Mitchell assures her that she never treated her differently due to the color of her skin; Dorothy is unconvinced. After teaching herself FORTRAN and training her West Area co-workers, she is officially promoted to supervise the Programming Department and the others are transferred there. Mrs Mitchell eventually addresses Dorothy as "Mrs Vaughan", indicating her new-found respect.

As the final arrangements for John Glenn's launch are made, Katherine is informed she is no longer needed at Space Task Group and is being reassigned back to West Area Computers. As a wedding and farewell gift from her colleagues, Harrison buys her a pearl necklace, the only jewelry allowed under the dress code.

Prior to the launch, however, discrepancies arise in the IBM 7090 calculations for the capsule's landing coordinates and Glenn requests that Katherine be called in to check the calculations. Katherine quickly does so and hurriedly delivers the results to the control room, only to have the door slammed in her face. However, Harrison brings her into the control room so they can relay the results to Glenn together.[5]

After a successful launch, the space capsule has a warning light indicating a heat shield problem; mission control decides to land it after three orbits instead of seven. Katherine understands the situation and suggests that they should leave the retro-rocket attached to heat shield for reentry to which Harrison agrees immediately. Their instructions prove correct and Friendship 7 successfully lands in the ocean.[6]

Following the mission, the mathematicians are laid off and ultimately replaced by electronic computers. Katherine is reassigned to the Analysis and Computation Division, Dorothy continues to supervise the Programming Department, and Mary obtains her engineering degree.

An epilogue reveals that Katherine calculated the trajectories for the Apollo 11 and Apollo 13 missions.[7][8]

In 2015, she was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom and a new 40,000-square-foot Computational Research Facility at the Langley Research Center was renamed the Katherine G. Johnson Computational Research Facility in her honor the following year.[9] When NACA made the transition to NASA, segregated facilities, including the West Computing office, were abolished. Dorothy Vaughan and many of the former West Computers transferred to the new Analysis and Computation Division (ACD), a racially and gender-integrated group.
